The world is in urgent need of leaders—leaders who don’t just talk about change but take action to make it happen. At IEDF, we recognize that true transformation starts with empowered, equipped, and action-driven individuals who are ready to step up and lead in their communities. This is why we launched Project 10 000—our mission to develop 10,000 leaders in 100 countries in just 365 days.
Too often, people feel powerless in the face of poverty, unemployment, and social issues. But change begins when one person rises to lead, inspire, and mobilize others. Project 10 000 is about creating a new generation of solution-driven leaders who are ready to build sustainable change from the ground up.
Through the IEDF Leadership Masterclass, we are providing the knowledge, mentorship, and tools needed to create real impact.
The IEDF Leadership Masterclass is a powerful leadership development program designed to equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and strategies to become effective community leaders and change-makers. Under the mentorship of Global President David Venter and facilitation by Global Chairperson Rochelle Pillay, participants embark on a structured and transformational leadership journey:

The training was very insightful. I didn’t first have much interest coz as a busy mom and business women I thought I knew the fundamentals of running a business and leading people but something kept me online after the statement David made. I loved one statement David made he said that he uses the principles of Jesus that caught my attention and as a kingdom ambassador it attracted me a lot coz we living in a society where people don’t follow principles, law & order and this really drew my attention and to impact a nation we have to acknowledge deity and the authority. The skills and insights shared across the training sessions was phenomenal & life changing and broadening my mind and outlook wholeheartedly and holistically. It was amazing to listen to all and hearing others speak aswell, learning from all. We can never say we know it all that’s for sure. I like the servant attitude in life coz if you can’t serve you can’t lead anyone, it’s a proven fact. A flat tyre can’t take us anywhere. I’m desperate for change and networking and learning and growing business and creating jobs. I’m passionate about Jesus , life , people, glowing & growing and understanding why on earth am I here? My purpose is important and living it out is absolutely crucial in this generation. People is our currency. My eyes and ears are wide open to all kinds of learning and development. As people we need one another - one waters and another plants together we all grow I’m excited about life and the future and especially with the beautiful economical changes and with the US presedentoal selection I believe the future looks absolutely bright We all can succeed if we likeminded. I’m so impressed by the training and development David and team brings to our communities. I wish I can meet you all in person sometime
This course helped in revealing that we as leaders have a lot of work to do in our homes, communities, and the world at large. It really starts instilling good values in children that I am close to. It revealed that it is actually a holistic approach that needs to be taken in order to see to it that one performs duties at the best of their ability. Having a close group of people with whom I can share my vision and purpose is also important, and my aim is also to see my organization reaching even beyond the borders of our country South Africa.
The Leadership Masterclass Training has truly surpassed my expectations. It has had a profound impact on me as a leader. Most critically it has introduced me to exceptional leadership skills and gave me in-depth understanding of my role as a leader. It has honestly been a game-changer and the training has definitely propelled me to greater heights and to be able to apply all the knowledge and skills I have acquired to bring meaningful change and create greater impact in my community. The training has taught me to adapt, constantly improve my mindset, skill set and to learn the rules. The training has also taught me valuable insight into six areas of leadership from spiritual development to creating generational wealth and leaving a legacy for my community and grandchildren. Lastly I have learned with much appreciation to ‘soar’ above the line of power as a leader and not to go ‘bed’ meaning not to operate below the line of power. Through the training I have learnt to put God first and be a scholar of life. Thanks to our visionary leader GP for his insightfulness and mastery of the subject matter. God bless him more to continue to create positive impact worldwide
