Head of Education & Training
To provide strategic leadership and coordination of IEDF education and training programmes at country or chapter level, ensuring that members, leaders and communities have access to quality learning, leadership development and capacity-building opportunities aligned with the IEDF Vision 2030 objectives.
What this leader must do in the first 12 months
- Establish a functional education and training structure within the assigned country or chapter.
- Increase participation in IEDF education and leadership development programmes.
- Support the successful delivery and expansion of the Leadership Masterclass.
- Build a network of qualified trainers, facilitators and education partners.
- Establish measurable learner participation, completion and impact targets.
- Develop partnerships that expand access to education and skills development.
- Contribute significantly to the IEDF Vision 2030 goal of expanding access to education.
- Produce regular reports demonstrating education and training progress and impact.
