Community Outreach
To lead and coordinate community impact initiatives that improve livelihoods, strengthen communities, support vulnerable groups and create sustainable opportunities across Africa. The role will mobilise leaders, partners and community stakeholders to turn Vision 2030 objectives into measurable social and economic impact.
What this leader must do in the first 12 months
- Establish community impact initiatives in multiple African regions
- Reach at least 10,000 community members through impact initiatives
- Launch or support at least 25 community development projects
- Mobilise at least 500 community leaders and volunteers
- Establish at least 20 strategic community partnerships
- Support initiatives that improve livelihoods and economic opportunities
- Document measurable outcomes and success stories from community programmes
- Create a scalable community impact model aligned with Vision 2030
