Secretary General
Lead the continental coordination and strategic development of the organisation’s technology and digital initiatives, strengthen collaboration across countries, support continental leadership structures, and drive technology-enabled programmes that expand access to opportunities, education, business development and inclusive economic participation.
What this leader must do in the first 12 months
- Develop and implement a continental technology strategy
- Establish effective technology coordination across participating countries
- Develop at least 5 strategic technology partnerships
- Launch or support at least 3 technology-driven initiatives with measurable social impact
- Increase access to digital education and technology opportunities across target communities
- Strengthen collaboration between national leadership structures and the continental office
- Create a clear technology project monitoring and reporting framework
- Identify and implement innovative digital solutions that improve organisational efficiency
- Expand the organisation's continental technology network and stakeholder relationships
- Deliver measurable progress against the organisation's Vision 2030 objectives
