Head of Education & Training
Provide strategic leadership for the organisation’s continental education and training portfolio, ensuring the development, coordination and delivery of high-quality learning programmes that build leadership, entrepreneurship, digital skills and economic opportunities across Africa.
What this leader must do in the first 12 months
- Develop and implement a comprehensive continental education and training strategy
- Expand access to education and training programmes across participating countries
- Launch or strengthen at least 5 continental training initiatives
- Establish a standardised framework for education and training quality
- Develop partnerships with educational institutions and training organisations
- Increase participation and completion rates across key learning programmes
- Expand digital and online learning opportunities
- Develop a continental network of qualified trainers and facilitators
- Establish a measurable education and training impact reporting system
- Support measurable progress toward the organisation’s Vision 2030 goal of expanding access to education
