Community Outreach

Lead the organisation’s continental community impact strategy by developing and coordinating initiatives that improve education, entrepreneurship, leadership, digital inclusion and economic opportunities for communities across Africa, with a strong focus on measurable and sustainable social impact.

What this leader must do in the first 12 months

  • Develop and implement a continental community impact strategy
  • Establish a structured community impact programme framework
  • Launch or strengthen at least 5 community development initiatives
  • Reach at least 10000 community members through impact programmes
  • Develop partnerships with at least 20 community, NGO and development organisations
  • Support entrepreneurs and informal businesses through community-based programmes
  • Expand access to education, leadership and digital opportunities in underserved communities
  • Establish a standardised community impact measurement and reporting system
  • Document measurable social and economic outcomes from community programmes
  • Identify and scale successful community initiatives across additional regions
  • Deliver measurable progress against Vision 2030 objectives
